Wayne Payne has owned and operated Payne Dental Lab, Inc. for the past 25 years. A life long dream to live on the coast, Wayne and his wife Lori re-located the dental laboratory from Arcadia to San Clemente, California in 2000.

Wayne has always had a passion for highly aesthetic dentistry and in 1988 he studied occlusion with Dr. Robert L. Lee at the Loma Linda University. With a commitment to continuing his education, Wayne then studied advanced ceramic techniques with Matt Roberts and Don Cornell. In 1998, Wayne became a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and is currently working on receiving his full accredited status in the AACD.

Along with a commitment to continuing education, he is involved with research and development with various manufacturers for all ceramic restorations.

What sets Wayne apart from accredited laboratories is what he has classified as "Functional Aesthetics." This is the combination of designing the case with function for longevity and aesthetics for natural beauty.

With his continued education, precision, and artistry, Wayne is able to provide his clients with the most simplistic to the most complex full mouth smile design that varies from the most simplistic to the most complex mouth restoration.
